Destroying the Green dome of prophet

The Indian Wahabi scholar, Nawab Siddique Hasan Khan writes in his book Arful Ja’adi , page 60

“It is prohibited to build structures over graves. So those graves which are elevated from the ground are against the shariah and it is WAJIB upon the muslims to LEVEL these graves to ground, whether it is the grave of a PROPHET or some one else.”
